Forum Paid Subscription Reverse Protection

Hi,

I'm hoping vBulletin can reinstall some faith in their support system with this one, having noticed a dramatic decline in assistance.

We use the Paid Subscription feature to allow members to upgrade their account, for a few perks and access to an exclusive forum.

We’ve noticed a trend that members can use the subscription service, access the exclusive forum they require (to say, download content…) and then can simply ‘reverse’ their payment weeks later.


I’m assuming there must be a safeguard that can be enabled in place to avoid this? Otherwise the system is pretty void if members can simply claim their money back – after utilising their subscription. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
