Can a infraction be set up to move a member to another user group?

I am wanting to set up a infraction that would move a member to another user group when they get the point value that I set up for this infraction. I have been trying to set this up, but the member is still in the registered users group when I check in the adminCP. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
