Forum Visual Display of Navigation Elements Broken

I added some visual navigation elements controlled by CSS to the "ad_header_end" template.

The links in question Home | Band | Shows . . . Music is the particular section I'm referring to.

As you can see, the links wrap around at "Video" to a second line even though the width of the space seems to be able to hold it. Now, as I drill down into the forums at some point the display "fixes" itself.

The navigation displays correctly.

I've used Firebug to try to diagnose the issue and I'm at a dead end. Help appreciated __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
