CMS How to export themes "Properly" and import to live site?

Hi I have made a theme on my localhost site that I have set up. Now I am trying to move that style to my live site on the net.

When I export the style with the product settings "vBulletin", then import it into the live site, everything looks right on the forums, but the CMS homepage is not wrapped.

How do I go about doing this properly? I have even tried exporting the product settings as "vBulletin CMS", but then the forums are not wrapped and you cannot change to that style at the bottom of the page.


Please come help me come up with a solution to this.
