Never use Bluehost.com

I had spoken to them for months and had my website running there for about 4 months before I deployed again to Iraq in Dec 2008. Everything was fine when I left.

1 month into the deployment Bluehost, without warning disabled my site and refused to discuss it with me. After calling my senator I was told that the owner himself had personally disabled my site. The account reps were really nice and tried to help behind the scenes to include getting me an extension so that I could pay someone to move my site. Even after explaining my situation and emailing them the gurantees I had I was told it was a 'personal' decision by the owner.


So, to the owner of bluehost. Screw you. To everyone else, never trust this company. I didnt even get a refund.
