Usergroups [REQ] Add 'Decline' to the 'group.php?do=invitations' page

In vB4 if you are invited to a group it shows up under the Notifications drop-down list. If you click on the link for the Group Invitations you are shown a list of Groups that you have been invited to. On that list is a "Join" button (see attached screen shot). There is no "Decline" button. To decline the invitation you must currently click on the group's name and then under the 'Group Tools' drop-down list there is (finally!) a 'Decline' link.

This is not intuitive.

Please add a 'Decline' link on the 'group.php?do=invitations' page listing next to the 'Join' button.
