Forum Private Forum Settings

I'm spinning around in circles on this one and getting dizzy. I'd like to have private password protected forums. Ideally I'd like to have these forums invisible to anyone who does not have the password but once someone who has the password and enters it, the forum is visible each time they login to my site.


As it stands now I do have the password set and those who do not have the password cannot access the forum. Also, the "last post" bits show nothing even with threads and posts. But everyone else can still see the forum title.

Curious as to what my options are here and what might be the best way of going about this. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
