CMS 4.3 CMS problem

We where running the latest version VB4.2 with all the patches
upgraded to 4.3

Before the upgrade in the preview of articles in the CMS unregistered could see a preview of the articles including a thumb nail picture with each article.


After upgrade unregistered can still see the text preview of each article but no thumb nail picture.

I've gone over the permission set ten times I can not get it back to where a thumb nail picture is included, viewable by unregistered.

Any ideas how to fix this?
