Forum Move suite from /forum/ to root (This is not the same question)

I don't think I am asking the same question as root vs. forum

I have Drupal installed in the root directory and the suite installed with only the forum activated in /forum/


I want to wipe Drupal and move the suite into the root directory and activate the blog and CMS.

Any suggestions on how to do that?

PS: Could I install it in the root and leave the one in /forum/ as a testing suite closed off to the public? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
