I would like to have more flexibility with the moderation tools.

On my forum attachments are not placed in moderation, so i have no need for the buttons:

Approve Attachments and Unapprove Attachments
I suggest an option to hide certain buttons.

Also it would be nice if you can sort then so you can decide the positions.

Last but not least I have a question and suggestion:
I think it is a good idea to add icons for the different mod tools.
is it possible to add html to the translations / phrases? (and is this recommended or is changing the template a better idea?)
