Forum Upload of file failed - can not upload profile picture (from my computer)

I browse the picture from my computer, save changes, it appears, then i click again on save chages and i get the message "Upload of file failed" is this a bug?

i am searching and tring to resolve this hor half an hour now.. i tried the solutions from other threads, but nothing works..
/tmp - 7777 done, not working
/increased the size of the attachments - not working

pls help __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
