Forum Edit registration page ?

Hey all,

I run a vBulletin 4x styles website (http://vb4style.com) we are trying to keep the site as clean as possible, but every second person is signing up with dirty / adult / illegal medicine signatures and so on.. currently ive set external links to "nofollow" ive even disabled "registered members" group from showing sigs and also placed a notice warning people that if they are signing up just for a sig link that they will be banned.. this has not deterred anyone..


So now i am going to edit the registration page and place some info on there and maybe these idiots will get the message, i am to busy designing new styles or supporting customers i really don't have the time to be checking sig links and banning users who abuse our terms and conditions.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where i would start to edit the registration page ?
