Forum How do I change the HOME button to load the Forums Only?

How do I change the HOME button to load the Forums Only?

Currently, members see both the Home button and the Forum Button on the navigational bar. When they click the forum button, it takes them to the forums. But if they click the Home button it takes them to an empty page because there is no content. I wish for the Home button to also take the member to the forum page, or perhaps my actual home page. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
