vBulletin® Version 3.8.4: Security Token

Hi,

I am currently running my licenced version 3.8.4 and have a forum skin installed from [ur=http://www.drivethruonline.com]vBulletin Plugins[/url]. We then custom made the colour bars, buttons etc to add in and uploaded them to the board. However, all off this has been fine and just over the weekend we get this error message:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the adminsitrator and describe the action you performed before you recieved this error.

Everyone gets this when they first visit the Forum. It says in the Admin Panel on the front page, that we need to up-grade. We intend to do so, but where do I get the up-graded version? My licence is lift time, so I need to pay any extra?

We hope by upgrading and changing the Forum skin that this will remove this error.
