Whats the best way to make a UK Forum, wordwide?

Hello all!.

I run a uk specific forum, which I've been asked to make it Worldwide.

The reason I say UK is because its a training forum, and UK laws and courses are different to other countries.

I dont want to clutter the forum with loads of additional forums for each specific country but I'm not sure of the best way to proceed.


1. Have you seen any forums which were country specific which have then expanded successfully?

2. Any suggestions for the best way to do it.

I'm guessing that for example UK users would not be interested if there was a post in the US section, so wouldn't want to see the results in , "New posts"

All sounds complicated, but maybe I'm overcomplicating it!

I forgot to add, I've got both the .co.uk and .com domain names
