Forum Sub forum closed to posting

Hello,

I have been recreating my forums in vB4xx and have run into a little issue.

When I try to test the posting in a sub forum I get a message saying the sub forum is closed to posting.

Now I know I've been at this almost non stop, thus I am lacking sleep. (lots of sleep) So can someone help me out with some directions as to what I've missed. User group permissions are set and I can test post in the main forum, just not the sub forums.
