Forum how to insert automatically a url before a link posted by user?

i want to anonymize links, so, the hosting of the link, doesnt know where the visit comes from.

so, i was thinking to insert a url of a website which redirects to the url after the .com/

i mean:

is any way to insert a url before all links posters by users?:
