Custom PM permissions via usergroup

Hi, I have a vb forum where the users want only to be PM'd by posters that are in their 'buddy list' or mods

So I want to create a new usegroup which allows PMs but only from/to users that are in your buddy list. I've searched for the options to make this work but I cant find them.

The only thing I've found is an option in each individual users ACP page where you can specify "Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators"

I cant find this option within the usergroup permissions/settings.

What am I missing? Can anyone help? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
