Forum Adding a link to Navbar

I am trying to add an email us link to the navbar and I cannot seem to find the right template to add the code into. I have checked header and the navbar template but I cannot find the location of the code.


Can anyone give me quick hint on where the location of the code is? Or if there is a way in the CP to add links that would be cool also.
