CMS vb 4.0.2 Patch 1 loosing CSS

This has happened twice to me. The first time I'm not sure what happened, I just went to a backup directory of the website and everything came back up fine.

Today, all I did is went in the site settings and changed my sites domain name to a new registered domain.

Everything was fine for about an hour. (Not saying this caused the problem but the only thing that has changed.)


Now problem of the style not rendering the pages correctly is back.

I have a case open with vbulletin and have to an account with admin priveledges setup for them to connect. The password is extremely strong and I have a hard time believing it got hacked as this site isn't known by many.

Anybody else having this problem?

Any suggestions?
