VBSEO tiket support, then got hacked.. but i belive there is not a connection between

Hello, first of all i would like to appologise for my bad english,

I feel like that this subject is in the right place to be, because it addreses to all vbulletin costumers, who are taking into consideration buying from vbseo.
So, i will write here all thing that had happend and you will make your decision, so let`s begin..
Saturday i enterd my vbseo account to look for the option which allows to edit my license (moving the forum on another domain) and i found NONE,i read the forums and find out that if you want to edit your domain you have to send a tiket to them.

All right i said to myself, opened a new tiket and posted this message:

Your vBSEO license is expired. Licenses cannot be transferred to a new domain or to a new owner unless renewed.

Of course the messages continued, me:
"this is very annoying, 150$ and i can not use my license, on vbulletin even if my license is expired i cand edit it because is mine, good job vbseo! "
"I am not selling, it is my domain, i `m just moving it, why can`t i use my license, this is very wrog..."
"my license is still active, it es not expired, only thing is that i can not download the latest version, BUT STILL I HAVE A LICENSE, so now i need tu use it on another domain, it is still mine, 150$ i payed for it, can you understand that? "

and Brian from vbseo repeating the same thing like i didn`t understood that this is their policy, oh i understood allright but you understand that this is WRONG? i have a license i sould be able to do watever i want with it, INLUDING EDITING(moving to another domain)

All that been said, and from no response other the repeating "it`s the policy" from them i decidet to take action and let everybody know that if , you cand edit you vbulletin license on watever domain you want, even if your updates are expired, you still can edit it in seconds, no tiket, no renew,no hussle, at VBSEO YOU CAN NOT! you have to renew(even you don`t need their updates, just to use your license..nice...)
And after all that, i set down i think, why did i throwed away 150$!!? almoust as vbulletin license in 2008,and besides that you have to keep their LINK in your site, isn`t this making his worh at 300$ at least? does it worth the money? well judjing from a vbulletin 4.x license SURELY NOT! i want now to upgrade to vbulltin 4 and forget about that ugly story.

oh oh, the ugly story doesn`t end here, after ending the uless tiket, from which i found that "it is our policy"
i posted on vbulletin.org and other sites my opinion about vbseo. Well guess what, at 19 hours, same day, somebody, haked my forum, deleted all my databases,vps configs,logs,ftp accounts , in other words, messed up my server,off course you can think that maybe they were some stupid kids, but don`t the hakers usualy leave a page something like "stupid haker was here"?
No, no page, only messed up servers, no databases..it is obviosly that the stupid wise guy who deleted my databases, wanted to punish me..( if somebody is interested i can show proof that my server was messed up)
So i wondered.. hmmm have i made angry somebody? i hope not, did somebody wanted revenge? seems like it.. who did this? someoane who know very well vbulltin platform, and how it works, hmm still wondering who might that be..

ALL THE BAD was for a good thing, after the stupid unknown hacker messed up my server, i decided to upgrade my security, and organize better,
