CMS Option to remove time stamp from article published date

I would like to suggest an option to remove the time of day from CMS articles published date.


Where the current format is this:
Published on March 13th, 2010 09:43 PM

I would like to have this:
Published on March 13th, 2010

Showing the time of day an article was published to the public is not necessary and adds to the clutter. At least it is for my needs which is why I suggest an option to choose. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
