Can vB4 handle this?

OK I have read good and bad about vB4. I understand that there are issues but I can find issues with all out of the box applications like this so...

I want two types of registrants. Paid and Free
I want the Registrant to have the option to pay during Registration
I want Paid Members to receive credits for writing reviews (or articles)
I want to be able to use OpenX for our site ads in the header, footer and side columns

I would like to have an online Store feature (I have seen this on many vB4 setups but am not sure if it is built in to the application or if what I am seeing is site customization)

My simple question is, can vB4 handle what I want it to do at this point and time in the current development stage? I simply got tired of searching and reading all of the negative stuff out there and am hoping for a simple no or yes. Thanks! __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
