Questions abot possibilities behind moderated & approved posts

Hello..

I have 2 questions regarding moderated posts.

1. When a user makes a post that has to be moderated, would it be possible to have an automated PM or email sent to them? I'd like to send them something to tell them they're in a moderation queue. (I know there's a message that pops up, but it goes by too quickly to be read.)
2. When a post in the queue is moderated, is it possible to have an automated PM or email sent to them letting them know their post is approved and what the URL is?
