Auto Offload Backup from server (FTP)

Hey,

So yesterday i learned my lesson to backup the backup of your backup... for some reason i lost 2 backups and the latest on was from last week... so when my forum died during upgrading, i just screwed myself.

In any case, how would i go about automatically downloading/uploading my backup which is created automatically and stored in a folder to a FTP server?
