Suite I need help with installation

I just bought the new suite 4.02. The only manual I can find is for 3.8. I am very new to this and would be classified a beginners beginner. I followed the instructions step by step. I used bluehost for the host server and purshced my domain. Tried to install and 2xs it stopped with and error message saying "Internet explorer can not dowload the file...connection to the server wass reset."


Any help is much apprecicated. I sent in a help ticket and vas very dissapointed to read it will take hours for a response. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
