Forum Usernames not showing up

Hey guys,


I did my upgrade from 3.8.4 to 4.0.2 and everything went pretty well except the usernames aren't showing up. Under a post title or even on the front page it just says:

Welcome, Welcome, %1$s

and when you post a post next the the title is says:

Started by Started by %2$s, %3$s %4$s" class="username understate" title="Started by member.php?584-WDW-News-Today on WDW News Today 05-15-2009">member.php?584-WDW-News-Today, WDW News Today 05-15-2009
