member action popup problem

<div>Please can some one help me fix this problem, I am going stir crazy trying on my own, I am terrible with css and html, I really could do with some help please.

I am having some trouble getting the member action popup to show fully on my customised Skin, I know what is causing the problem but cannot rectify it.

What is causing the problem is that there is a graphical frame container around the forumdisplay that is using overflow:hidden, I cannot simply remove the graphical frame as it is of course a part of the design. I have tried numerous things but nothing is working.

How do I get the popup to display fully, I have tried altering the z-index in the popupmenu.css here:

Nothing I try works.

I have been trying to get this fixed for so many days now that it is really starting to wear me down, does anyone know how to fix this problem please, I really need some help. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
