Forum Thread Posting MySQL Error

I just installed a clean 4.0.2, setup all the sections, did permissions, etc.

I posted two threads successfully, but upon trying to post a third, I received this error:

I tried repairing/optimizing the tables in the AdminCP, but that didn't help. That message appears every time I try to post a thread now.

Also, the thread does still post even though an error is displayed, but options such as sticky and close aren't applied.

EDIT:
I used phpmyadmin to clear all the entries in the postlog and it seems to be working fine now. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
