Forum Add-On Domain and Cookie Issue.

I've been working on this issue for nearly twelve hours and I've no where else to go but ask for help.

I have a add-on domain with bluehost. I've seen through using the search ability not only here but on google, and what I've found is other people with bluehost addon domains have been having this problem.

When I go to my newly installed vb board, website.com/forum, it automatically redirects me to dns.website.com/forum. Not only is that undesired, my cookies are set to website.com/forum, which is another question later on.

The only posts I have found with this problem were suggested to check their .htaccess file. My .htaccess file is completely empty, so that shouldn't be a problem.

I also set my forum url to /forum, which didn't help aswell.

My second question are the cookies.
No matter what setting I use, one or the other website will let you stay logged in.

Even though I'd rather have my website.com be the website you view, a lot of my members need to use the dns entry to login as their work has banned the website.com url for game related reasons.

I've tried every thing I could think of and every thing I could find in search here and in google, and I've had to use tool.php to go back many times.

Anybody have the fix that I might have overlooked?
