Forum Reply to address?

I configured e-mail for vBulletin through the AdminCP options where you input your SMTP host, and etc...

When a user uses the Contact Us page and I receive an e-mail there is a strange problem. The reply to header is to myself (the same e-mail address that sent me the e-mail), and not the e-mail of the user. So when I reply to the e-mail, it just send it to myself. Even though the sender's e-mail address is stated in the message as:
