I have a forum, viewable only by moderators, into which I have the system place the threads that are generated by awarding of infractions (by moderators) and reported posts (by users). I find it very useful. I'd like the post that is generated by infractions to show the ban reason (when applicable). The stock post shows everything but that: Quote: User: Infraction: Points: # Administrative Note: (text) Message to User: (text) Why? -- a) because that Ban Reason is the only verbiage that the now-banned user will see, and b) I'm not always happy with the stuff the moderators put in there, so I'd like to monitor it, and c) it's a PITA to hunt that text down elsewhere, at least anywhere I've seen. (any tips of a better way?) Is there a simple modification I can make to effect that customization? I am using 3.8.4 PL2 (latest). I'm probably going to upgrade to 4.x in a few weeks, so I'm also curious as to whether this functionality is similar in the new world and whether this customization will apply over there as well. Thanks. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__ |
