CMS Missing Avatar in CMS comments

I installed a clean version of VB 4.0.2 with the CMS. Everything seems to work correctly except for avatars.

I have uploaded several custom avatars to images/avatars. When I go to user settings and I add one of the pre-uploaded avatars to my profile then go make a comment in the CMS section of VB the avatar is missing...there is just a blank white space. If I go back to setting and upload an avatar instead of using a generic avatar, the avatar appears in the CMS and it look correct. Note that the generic avatars work in the forums just not on the CMS.
