CMS Cannot insert images into article

I'm running into a problem when trying to insert an image in an article. The upload screen comes up fine and I am able to upload the image, but after the upload is complete nothing shows. If I click the manage attachments button, I can see it in there, but if I select it and choose to insert inline or insert attachment nothing happens. I'm running vb 4.0.2


I have another forum on the server running 4.0.2 and don't have problems adding images to the CMS articles, so I don't think it is a server setting. Is there a permission that I don't know about? The admin usergroup which I am using to post the article has permission to upload attachments. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
