Usergroup Default?

I am confused?

My default usergroup is "Administrator" and I am also a Member of a couple of custom groups.

If I try to change my signature. It won't let me add more than 5 lines. This default for the other custom groups, BUT my Admin group has full use or characters and lines so realistically I should be able to edit shouldn't I?

What is going on?? I just cleared everybody's signature and letting them reput them in.
If a Member is a "Registered User" they can put a 350x20 signature and 2 lines of text. If they are a "Approved User" (custom group) with 100+ posts, they should be able to put a 350x85 image and 3 lines of text.


Please explain? People are already in an uproar about this.
