How do you setup your vb suite

If you had the opportunity to create a new vb suite website, new domain, members waiting to register, how would you do it?

My basic setup:

1. Three sections on CMS with a few categories
2. One forum just for chit-chat

3. Blogs not available to standard members
4. Social groups and albums not available to standard members
5. Stock theme with top left logo changed
6. Mods = none, in order to stay current with updates

Im trying to keep the focus on the content in the CMS until my membership is established and I can enable the rest of the community features. I figure this way it won't be overwhelming to someone new, and they can interact with the only member(me) via comments etc on the articles. If they venture to the forums for additional conversation its an added bonus.

How would you go about setting up a fresh install of vbulletin, if you want to use mods/themes post a link. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
