Forum Adding an aweber form to CMS article or forum post

I am trying to add an aweber signup form to either a CMS article or forum post.

It uses JS in the form. I know I could probably create a widget and add it in a sidebar, but I would like to make it appear on a regular page/forum post also. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
