phpBB importing?

I've got a website client who wants to move from phpBB onto a commercial solution. I've suggested vB but I need clarification on the conversion.

It's a phpBB2.0 series but it has a very large phpBB Garage component built into it. So I need to know if the converter can import the whole thing....providing there's an addon available for vB to emulate the phpBB garage of course.
