Default style issue when using the 'Create Visually Appealling Notices' quick tip.

Hi there,

I'm running 3.8.4, and have added on the Visually Appealling Notices quick tip by Wayne Luke, (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...alling-Notices)


And I have noticed an issue with a slight style (default style).

And I was wondering if I could get some help on it.

Normal forum views the page renders OK, yet when a visitor views the thread, the style goes a bit funky, just below the notice area.

I've verified the template changes and they match letter for letter the changes issued by Wayne Luke.

Where as the one below, shows you the issue, the white background does not extend past the notice, and as such displays grey to the visitor.
