All blank pages after upgrade

I upgraded from 3.7x to 3.8 (latest) in my test forum just now.
I have transferred the files, and after running the upgrade script, I get to log in, and the I just see a blank page.
No error message, nothing.


I can't change anything in the admin cp, because I can't see it. I just see a blank page.

I tried to upload the tools.php, and reset a few things, but nothing makes any difference. I checked under "blank pages" in the troubleshooting section of the manual, but they assume it is just a few pages that is blank, I can't do anything they suggest. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
