Forum Vb4 108 database errors

ok im so sick of this database errors this is my 3rd time tryibg to upgrade to vb4 from vb3.8.4 i have follow the instructions i have disable all plugins b4 doing the upgrade, i checked my config.php file b4 installaling and now during the process of the update i keep getting emails wit h daatabse errors and they keep coming and coming they just dont stop. and now even my forums is not working all u get is a database error page i now have 108 emails with database errors and now i cant even see my forums. please sum one tell me what is it that im doing wrong i need help asap __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
