Is Impex for 4.x ready yet?

I'm a little confused on something: is Impex ready for vb4 importing? I want to import my user database and usergroups from phpbb3 and drupal. I also was my forums and threads from phpbb3. Other stuff, avatars, attachments, etc, I don't care about. I don't mind if the old bb code breaks and links don't match up anymore.


That said, can Impex do that yet? I don't want to go through the hassle of installing vb3 and then upgrading. If I download the latest version of Impex from the member area will it work, or is there a developer version floating around that can handle it? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
