Option to Make Thread Subscription Default on Thread Reply?

I was on another forum that I noticed had it set default for me to become subscribed to any threads I replied to (no email notification) and want to do the same thing for my forums.


Where is the option to do so? I just can't seem to find it anywhere. I tried Googling for a solution but nothing turned up.

What about auto no email notification for threads you start too? Is that possible?
