CMS Importing CMS settings & content from test site into live site after upgrade

Hey, all. If there is an existing thread you can point me to regarding this, I would appreciate it.

My question is regarding the ability (or not) to export and import CMS settings and content.


My thinking here is that I'd like to create my cms settings and add content (have articles and such to convert over and input into the cms of the suite) on my test site that I have running. Much like you can export and import a pre-created style.

Point is to be able to create styles and cms pages on the test site for each of the 3 forums we will be upgrading in the near future, so that I can just import the cms settings and content and not have to remake it for each of the sites after upgrading... which creates downtime for the cms page... I'd have to create it all and set it up after the upgrade of the live sites, rather than before on a test site like I am doing now with the style and will then be able to import that into the appropriate live site after it is upgraded.

Is this possible or planned in a future release by chance?
