Forums Locked but not locked?

Hi all,

This might sound stupid since I had vB boards for many many years but I don't know how to fix something I did also years ago.

Screwing with the forums permissions, I changed something and now all my guests (not registered visitors) can see the forums but the icon shows it's locked. They can go into the forums and read every thread, but that icon with the lock is just stupid.


Any ideas why such a strange behavior?
