2Checkout Payment API

Okay so I have setup 2checkout with my subscriptions and removed paypal completely from purchasing a subscription. I go to see test communication and it's working it has the checkmark and everything it is working.

When someone purchases a subscription through 2checkout, the transaction does not show up in the transaction log at all, and nothing like, it doesn't change their usergroup at all either when they do purchase one.

paypal used to automatically move their rank from registered to a subscriber and transactions showed up in the log all the time. 2checkout isn't showing anything.

Can anyone help me with this? Is this normal? I don't know whats wrong.
