Forum Two Template Issues

I am experiencing two issues with my forum since updating to 4.0.1. All I need to know is which templates control these two areas, so I can edit them! I will post screenshots of where the issues lie.

1. Quote Boxes Inside Thread Posts.



As you can see, there is no box around the quotes. I would very much like a box around my quotes like I had prior to updating to 4.0.1.

2. Quick Reply Area



My quick reply area has all been squished into the left side, as opposed to spread out across the full width of the container.
