Enquiry for vbulletin 4.0 upgrade

We has purchased one vbulletin chinese version in www.vbulletin-china.cn and our license was already expried on Jun-2009. However, when we tried to renew our license in vbulletin-china.cn and it redirected us to members.vbulletin.com. We did input our customer no. and password but failed to login. We would like to upgrade to 4.0, what should we do now? Seems vbulletin-china.cn is gone.


Please advise my queries as below:-
- vb4.0 impex support import xoops 1.0 login user and password?
- support traditional chinese interface/menu in vb4.0?
- mirgate from vb3.7.4 chinese version?
- How much should I pay for upgrade to vb4.0 with CMS in my situation?
