Make ads on the forum

When I had version 4.0 so there was a category included in the administration panel where you could create ads and then upload them in the forum. You could choose different places where the ads would be on the forum.


Now I have 3.8.4 but I see no kind of class where I can add code to display. Where can I find the category, to create ads?

I also wonder in which file I need in order to insert a code to verify that I own the site.

The site, which I download ads says:
Paste the HTML tag in tag and tag on your page.

But where I find the file where I can paste the HTML tag, which verifies the page? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
