Forum Bot or Spam through Contact Us form?

Everyday, I am getting emails from my "Contact Us" form. These emails contain random characters for the email address, contact info etc. For example:

1. Is this a typical bot or human input?
2. Any suggestions how i can eliminate this from occurring?
3. My emails do contain an IP Address, but it seems the IP address is different each time.
